HVAC SYSTEMS
We produce high-efficiency coaxial heat exchangers, ideal for HVAC systems, heat pumps, and industrial refrigeration. The jacketed or tinned versions ensure perfect sealing, thermal insulation, and long operational life.
We manufacture copper and stainless steel coils for exchangers, condensers, and cooling circuits. The versions with heat-shrink tubing offer protection from external agents, improving system reliability and durability.
CORRUGATED SEMI FINISHED COMPONENTS
Macor also manufactures expanded, tapered and corrugated semi-finished components, offering lightweight and versatile parts ideal for manifolds, ducts, and customized high-precision subassemblies.
We design and produce custom tube assemblies with brass, steel, or stainless-steel fittings, suitable for industrial, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems. The tubing is fully customized to meet specific flow and pressure requirements.
SUBASSEMBLIES AND COOLING COILS
We produce manifolds, subassemblies and cooling coils ready for system integration. Each component is designed to guarantee thermal efficiency, fast installation, and long-term reliability.
Each project is managed by expert personnel with attention to detail and respect for deadlines. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification and EN ISO 13585 qualification ensure an efficient and traceable production process.

Our Technical Department represents a key added value, supporting the customer throughout all phases of analysis, verification and optimization of the projects.
Thanks to constant interaction with the production departments and to in-depth expertise in copper, stainless steel and aluminum processing, our technical team is able to evaluate each project with a practical, production-oriented and efficient approach.
Starting from the drawings or specifications provided by the customer, our technical team:
- analyzes the manufacturing feasibility of the component
- identifies potential technical improvements
- proposes solutions to optimize production times, costs and final product quality
Any proposed modifications are always shared with the customer, with the aim of improving component performance without altering the required functionality.
The experience gained through more than 35 years of contract manufacturing allows us to intervene on aspects such as:
- geometries better suited for bending and brazing processes
- selection of the most suitable materials according to the specific application
- simplification of production processes
- increased reliability and repeatability in production
