Our equipment includes two BLM 4-RUNNER H1 planetary tube bending machine systems, capable of straightening, shaping, bending and cutting tubes from coil up to Ø 12.7 mm, with multi-radius bending and left/right in-process switching.

We also use a BLM 4-RUNNER H3 planetary tube bender, able to process tubes up to Ø 22 mm, ensuring flexibility for larger diameters and complex geometries in HVAC and refrigeration applications.

We rely on an SMI Primatist orbital tube bending machine, specialized in cutting and bending copper, aluminum or stainless-steel tubes from coil or bundle, with multi-axis control and burr-free cutting.

For tube preparation, we employ three high-precision SMI tube cutting machines, guaranteeing perfect sections optimized for subsequent bending and assembly operations.

Tubing ends are inspected and finished using a RALC Italia capillary tube cutter, ensuring correct measurement and finishing accuracy.

For semi-automatic brazing operations, we use three brazing carousels from SMI and EMAC Automazione, enabling high-precision assembly of multiple and complex joints.

Finally, the fleet includes two helium testing systems by Pfeiffer Vacuum Adixen/Pfeiffer, dedicated to helium leak testing to verify component sealing through tracer gas leak detection—an essential technology to guarantee quality, reliability, and long-term performance.
